What does sevaIO replace?
Most agencies we talk to are running some combination of HHAeXchange, AlayaCare, or ClearCare for scheduling and EVV, plus a separate intake form, a spreadsheet or two, group texts with caregivers, and email threads with families. sevaIO replaces the patchwork — though we can integrate with EVV compliance tools you're required to use.
How long does setup take?
For agencies under 50 active clients, most are up and running in about a week. We don't believe in long onboarding programs — if our software needs a training class, we built it wrong. Early access agencies get hands-on help from our team directly.
What does it cost?
We're still finalizing pricing for general availability. Early access agencies will get founding-customer pricing locked in. The structure will be a flat monthly fee based on active client count — no per-user fees, no surprise overages, and no tiered features hidden behind upsells.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can use Gmail and a smartphone, you can use sevaIO. We designed every screen so a new office manager can be productive on day one without a training session. That's not a marketing claim — it's the standard we hold ourselves to.
What about my existing client data?
We help you bring it over. Most of the systems agencies use today let you export client lists, schedules, and caregiver records — we'll guide you through that, or do it for you for early access customers. Your data is yours. You can export it at any time.
Is it secure and HIPAA-friendly?
Yes. We treat client and caregiver data with the same standards used by major healthcare platforms — encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access controls and audit logging. We'll sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every paying customer.
What if I need help or have questions later?
Early access customers have direct access to the founder. Long-term, we plan to keep our support model close — you'll always be able to reach a real person who knows your agency, not a chatbot or a generic ticket queue.
